Is this REAL OR FICTIONAL

This is called "A Thanksgiving Sermon" (Spelled Weird of Course)

And I started reading this because of the alternate spelling of the words that I thought that I was familiar with.

And so on I continued to read on....

I figured that this clearly would have happened to mix with the people of the times clearly, and is there any validity to this story?!
